Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
United Auto Worldwide (“we”, “us”) operates this website and the companion United Auto Worldwide staff application. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Website visitors: when you submit an enquiry, financing or trade-in request, we collect the details you provide — name, email address, phone number, your message and any trade-in vehicle details. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
- Staff app users: when an employee signs in with Google we receive their name, email address and profile picture to authenticate them. We also keep sign-in sessions and an internal activity log of inventory changes for audit purposes.
- Vehicle photos: photos uploaded by staff are processed by an AI image service to present vehicles in our virtual showroom. Photos contain no customer personal data.
How we use information
- To respond to your vehicle, financing or trade-in enquiries.
- To operate, secure and audit our inventory management platform.
- We never sell or rent personal information to third parties.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of processors to run the service: Google (staff sign-in), our hosting provider, and an AI image-processing service for vehicle photos. Each receives only the data needed to perform its function.
Data retention & deletion
- Enquiry (lead) data is kept while we handle your request and for our business records. You may ask us to delete it at any time.
- Staff can permanently delete their account in the app (Settings → Delete My Account). This removes the account and sign-in sessions and anonymizes their activity records.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
